The Pittsfield Suns held the Bristol Blues to just three hits to earn the 6-3 victory @ Bristol on Tuesday. Jackson Petersen had a monster day at the plate going 3 for 4 with two runs scored and five RBIs. Dylan Reynolds led the way for the struggling Bristol offense going 1 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI.

Bristol 7, Pittsfield 6 (Game 2 of Double Header)

The Bristol Blues walked off with a win Tuesday night to split the double header with the Pittsfield Suns. The walk off came on a Pittsfield error that scored the winning run for the Blues. Kyle Maves had a productive day for Bristol in the win going 3 for 4 with two runs scored and two RBIs. Jack Cooney went 1 for 2 with three runs scored for the Suns.

The Brockton Rox and Worcester Bravehearts both put up 12 hits Tuesday night, but Brockton outscored Worcester 8-6 for the victory. Anthony Calarco led the way for the Brockton offense going 2 for 4 with a run scored and two RBIs. Ben McNeill had a productive day for the Bravehearts in their losing effort going 3 for 5 with two runs scored and an RBI.

The last place Westfield Starfires edged the first place North Shore Navigators 5-4 on Tuesday night. The Starfires scored the game-winning run in the ninth inning on a bases-loaded walk. Thomas Joyce led the Westfield offense going 2 for 3 with a run scored and three RBIs. Ben Malgeri was one of the only bright spots in the Navigators lineup going 2 for 4 with two runs scored.

The North Shore Navigators became the first FCBL team to clinch the playoffs after defeating the Brockton Rox 4-2 Wednesday night. Logan Bravo was very productive in North Shore’s victory going 3 for 4 with a run scored and three RBIs. Evan Sleight and Anthony Calarco both went 1 for 4 with an RBI for the Rox.

The Pittsfield Suns rallied back from a 9-2 deficit to defeat the Westfield Starfires by a score of 13-12 Wednesday night. Nate Cormier was one of many Suns hitters to have a productive day as he went 3 for 5 with two runs scored and four RBIs. Devin Kellogg led the Westfield offense going 4 for 6 with two runs scored and an RBI.

The Bristol Blues exploded for 18 hits and 14 runs for a convincing shutout victory over the Nashua Silver Knights 14-0. Christian Beal led the Bristol offense going 2 for 6 with three runs scored and three RBIs. The Silver Knights offense only had two hits on the day, one from Billy Butler and one from Mike La Rocca.

The Brockton Rox grinded out a win against the North Shore Navigators by a score of 3-1 in a game with just 10 total hits. J.P. Knight had the most productive day for the Rox at the plate going 1 for 3 with two RBIs. Sean Lawlor had the Navigators’ only RBI while finishing 1 for 2.

The Pittsfield Suns scored just two runs on 10 hits in Thursday nights game, but it was enough to earn a 2-1 victory against the Worcester Bravehearts. Mark Coley had a great day at the plate for the Suns going 4 for 5 with an RBI. Mack Cheli found the most success at the plate for the Bravehearts going 2 for 3 while Mariano Ricciardi had Worcester’s only RBI while going 0 for 3.

The Bristol Blues scored 12 runs on 11 hits to defeat the Westfield Starfires 12-5. Brandon Miller led the Bristol offense going 3 for 5 with a run scored and three RBIs. David Kellogg highlighted the Starfires’ offense going 2 for 4 with a run scored and two RBIs.

In a game with eight total hits, the North Shore Navigators defeated the Pittsfield Suns 3-1 Friday night. Ben Malgeri was one of the only bright spots in the North Shore lineup going 3 for 4 with two runs scored and an RBI. Mark Coley had one of Pittsfield’s four hits and also drove in the team’s only run as he finished 1 for 4 with an RBI.

The Nashua Silver Knights and Worcester Bravehearts put on an offensive clinic Friday night as they combined for 32 hits and 33 runs. The Nashua Silver Knights ended up winning the high-scoring matchup by one run, 17-16. Ben Irvine had a productive day at the plate for Nashua going 2 for 7 with a run scored and four RBIs. Mike La Rocca also shined for the Silver Knights going 3 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI. Ben Rice led the way for the Bravehearts offense going 4 for 5 with three runs scored and three RBIs.

Gabe Giosso had a monster day at the plate for the Rox going 4 for 5 with a run scored and three RBIs. Jackson Petersen was one of the only bright spots in the Suns lineup as he went 1 for 2 with a three-run home run and a run scored.

The Brockton Rox put up 12 hits and 10 runs to defeat the Bristol Blues 10-6 in Game 1 of their double header Sunday. BJ Murray shined in the Rox lineup going 4 for 5 with three runs scored and four RBIs. Buddy Dewaine stood out for the Blues going 2 for 4 with two RBIs.
