NEWINGTON – The Seacoast Mavericks of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL) and the City of Portsmouth have reached an agreement for the team to play six games at Leary Field this upcoming season.

Toronto ON - Pointstreak Sports Technologies and the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL) of New England are pleased to announce the launch of the FCBL Network of Sites.

LEOMINSTER, MA - The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs have officially announced that Digger will be the name of their mascot.

Brockton, Mass. – The Brockton Rox of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL) announced the signing of Rhett Wiseman (Mansfield, MA), a senior outfielder at Buckingham, Browne & Nichols, a prominent prep school in Cambridge, Mass.

Futures League Mission Statement:

 

To provide student-athletes from New England and New England Colleges the opportunity to compete with and play with the elite players from across the country and to promote them to MLB organizations.  Each roster must contain at least 13 players from New England or from a New England University/College.  In addition, the Futures Collegiate Baseball League will provide a family friendly, affordable, and fun experience for the communities that we play in, in a minor league style setting.  Who will be the first?!
