Bio

Bawmann was the President & General Manager of the Red Sox-affiliated Lowell Spinners for over a decade, while helping to found the Futures League and serving as the original front office leader of the Nashua Silver Knights under fellow Hall of Fame inductee Drew Weber. An Illinois native, Bawmann lived in Nashua during his time with the Spinners and discovered beautiful Holman Stadium before helping to launch the Silver Knights franchise in 2011. A 28-year veteran of Minor League Baseball, he went on to serve as the President of the NBA G League's Fort Wayne Mad Ants and, as of 2025, made a full-circle return to the Futures League as the Chief Operating Officer of the new Futures League franchise, the Lowell Spinners.
