Bio

The North Shore Navigators' GM from 2012-19 and a two-time Futures League Executive of the Year, Terlecky completed a 41-year career in the game of baseball in the Futures League before losing his long battle with cancer in October of 2019. Terlecky transformed baseball in the City of Lynn, helping the Navigators grow their attendance at Fraser Field with each passing season, and became an ambassador in the community in his adopted North Shore home while serving on numerous local boards. In a fitting honor for a friend and mentor to so many across the Futures League, the Executive of the Year Award was named in Terlecky's honor following his passing.
